Luke Copping: Estimate Workshop, A Hands-on Approach to Bidding

Saturday, July 21  10am-12pm Room 488, Health & Sciences Building, Santa Fe Community College, Santa Fe, New Mexico

THE WORKSHOP:

ASMP NM is pleased to present commercial/editorial portrait photographer, and ASMP National Chair, Luke Copping, as part of PhotoSummer and Photo Week July 17 – 21st in Santa Fe. Join Luke for a fun and cooperative workshop designed to help photographers deconstruct what exactly goes into putting together a bid. Luke will speak candidly and openly about his pricing methodology, and discuss ways to value your work more, while leaving a net-positive impact on your market.

“We will start by immediately breaking into groups to prepare your own estimates for one of Luke’s past jobs. We’ll then dissect your versions (along with my own) — ultimately challenging assumptions about our own value and discussing how to demonstrate worth to clients throughout the entire estimating process.”
